What should I do before a bed bug treatment? 

You will have to bag up all linens and bedding (duvet covers, sheets, bedding, etc.) in the affected room and hot wash them on 60-90'C. Do the same with clothing items, especially ones that are stored under the bed. Make sure to empty the area and hot wash everything. After that, it's best to thoroughly hoover around the bedroom, including all sides of the mattress/es and throw away the bag.
